Breclav and Lednice

Just had a busy two weeks travelling around, first visiting a friend in Eastern Europe and then hiking in the Lake District and Scotland. Plenty of photos to follow!Had a great time in Breclav with my friend and and his amazing family. Didn't take many photos but there is a beautiful church there (Parrish Church Of the Visitation Of The Virgin Mary). We walked up to the top and took in some views too.  Also visited the Lednice Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with some stunning grounds and a tall Minaret with over 300 steps for us to climb and enjoy the views at the top.

Just had a busy two weeks travelling around, first visiting a friend in Eastern Europe and then hiking in the Lake District and Scotland. Plenty of photos to follow!

Had a great time in Breclav with my friend and and his amazing family. Didn't take many photos but there is a beautiful church there (Parrish Church Of the Visitation Of The Virgin Mary). We walked up to the top and took in some views too.  

Also visited the Lednice Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with some stunning grounds and a tall Minaret with over 300 steps for us to climb and enjoy the views at the top. 

Coming home one night around 3.30am, we noticed the starry sky and crescent Moon, so we decided to fetch a tripod and take some shots. This one below has the church, the Moon, and what we believe is the International Space Station coasting between, a non flashing slow moving light, although it may well have been a satellite. But the 3 brightest objects in the night sky are Venus, (which was in the sky to the left but not inside this frame), The Moon, and the ISS. This was shot at around 4am, and the sky was beginning to brighten up.
