After a ridiculously busy month with barely a moment to breathe it was a welcome relief to disappear on a Bank Holiday road trip. This time we ventured up to the stunning Yorkshire Dales. Driving on long, undulating roads through some truly beautiful scenery, we managed to pack in quite a lot, including Hardcastle Crags and Gibson Mill, Lumb Falls, Aysgarth Falls, Ribblehead Viaduct, as well as visits to Harrogate and York. I will be posting photos from those places in the coming days.But for now, enjoy some of the scenery in Yorkshire. As before, it was less about the photography and more about enjoying the break, and thus the images reflect a fleeting snapshot. Better visit and see it for yourself. All images taken with the Olympus EM-5, and either the 12-40mm F/2.8 or the 40-150mm F/2.8.
