After the excitement of Pirin and Kavala, we left our apartment on the third day to travel back to Plovdiv. Petar drove us through some stunning countryside where the autumnal colours were just appearing in the foliage, and I couldn't help but grab a few shots from the car. Not easy shooting through a car window at 80 kph!Anyway, here are a few of the shots I managed to take. Enjoy.

Petar drove us through some stunning countryside where the autumnal colours were just appearing in the foliage, and I couldn't help but grab a few shots from the car. Not easy shooting through a car window at 80 kph!

I included this last shot to demonstrate the dynamic range of the OMD EM5. It is a resized version of the original RAW file. As you can see below, the original RAW file appeared to have blown highlights in the sky and clouds, but I was able to recover almost all the detail in the clouds, and edited the file to what you see in the preceding image. The fact that it was shot through the window of a moving car impresses me even more.
